This parking lock, based on a cloud-controlled management system, is specifically designed for visitor parking spaces in residential buildings. Addressing the common challenges faced by every visitor parking, we've developed this wifi-connected parking lock and management system. It thoroughly resolves issues like: who parked, how long they parked for, and who is responsible. Additionally, various restrictions and mechanisms have been implemented to facilitate strata management, ensuring that all residents can equally access the visitor parking spaces. More importantly, it greatly reduces the workload for building managers and does not require their on-site presence to operate.
